Revision & Refund Policy:

 

  • Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you observe that you were charged twice and you collected two receipts from the payment processor (i.e. PayPal). Simply send both receipts to us through our email and the additional amount will be refunded in full as soon as possible.
  • In no way, it will happen that you obtain ‘fail’ status in your assignment. But, in case, if it does happen we will perform 50 percent wallet refund. But, the genuine fail proof must be given to us within one month or 30 days after the completion of an assignment. Any request after this time period will not be considered.
  • If you make a decision to cancel your order before we allocate a writer to work on it, you can order another assignment of the same value, free of charge. Though, if a writer has already been allocated then you will have to maintain with the order.
  • To work on your paper, we do our best to allocate the most suitable writer. But sometimes, it may be possible that we don’t find the writer. In such case, we will do your next assignment of the same value completely free.
  •  Our policy makes sure that we will continue to revise the assignment until you are contented. But, it must be completed within a one month or 30 days. If more than a month is gone after the date of assignment ordered, we will not consider any revision and there will be no refund in such cases.
  • There is no refund policy (excluding clause no. 1) for the services we offer on this website. So if your claim is authentic (in relation to the above points) then we will do your assignment of the same value completely free rather than refunding the money. There will be no refund of any kind and your claim will not be considered valid if it does not meet the above-given criteria.
